How to iBookmark this site

If you are an owner of an iPhone, iPad or an iPod Touch you can now bookmark Patrick’s site to your Home Screen. This is simple to do and it will create a touch link icon to your home page making it easier for you to access Patrick's site while on the move.

Here is how:

Using the Safari web browser on an Apple device type in Patrick's URL:

http://www.patrickchaplin.com

1. This will take you to Patrick's home page of this site ready for you to bookmark.

2. To bookmark this - or any other page - you simply tap on the symbol. On the iPhone and iPod Touch this is featured along the bottom of the screen and on the iPad at the top, which brings up:

3. "Add Bookmark" adds it to your bookmark menu, but the interesting feature here is Add to Home Screen. Tap it and you'll now have a chance to fine-tune the name of the bookmark:

In this instance, you can change the link that will feature on your Apple device to a name that suits an example: Patrick Chaplin or Dr Darts The text you type will feature under the on-screen icon.

4. Now press Add at the top of the screen and you are done.

Please note this touch icon will only work on Apple iPhone, iPad and iPod Touch devises it will not work on Android, Win7 and other media smart phones
